Golden Sky Minerals Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company built on the project-generator model: acquire district-scale ground early, add value through systematic geochemistry and geophysics, and bring in partners to fund drilling.
That model is now proven at Rayfield–Gjoll, where Boliden may earn up to an eighty percent interest by funding up to C$20 million in staged exploration expenditures, while Golden Sky retains full ownership of its Yukon and Ontario gold properties.
