Vancouver, British Columbia,September 5, 2025 – Golden Sky Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: AUEN) (“ Golden Sky ” or the “ Company ”) announces that the Board of Directors has approved the issuance of incentive stock options to purchase an aggregate of 60,000 common shares to a director and consultant of the Company. The options have a term of five years, with an exercise price per share of C$0.455 per share and vest immediately.
